From industry-known event volunteers to committee members to sponsors/exhibitors and speakers - in today’s influencer market, it’s vital to leverage the passion of a community to build brand awareness and move audiences to action. For a global library association, Emily managed a membership department with many different chapters and committees that had varying degrees of commitment, inconsistent processes, and misaligned priorities.
In response, Emily developed a communications strategy that included SOPs for organization-wide priorities and promotions, then crafted in-depth toolkits for chapter and committee leaders to be in-the-know and thoroughly equipped to share important messages and calls to action with their members. In response:
